Erin Langley, DAcCHM, LAc is an acupuncturist and herbalist who studied at Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, MD. Her gentle, grounded approach to care ensures patients feel believed and understood, and they receive highly effective and healing treatments. She especially enjoys sharing the medicine with people who have not experienced it before, or who may feel a bit nervous.
Erin treats a variety of conditions, including pain and peripheral neuropathy, anxiety and insomnia, and women’s health. Within women’s health, she is particularly passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.
Erin’s exploration of acupuncture began as a patient. She’d spent many years in a high-pressure, corporate career and the long hours and extensive travel began to take their toll. She sought acupuncture after an injury that she was told required surgery and was amazed and profoundly grateful when acupuncture resolved the issue. She was so curious to understand how and why it worked, she decided to study it herself!
In addition to her work as a practitioner, Erin serves on the board of the Maryland Association of Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, advocating for the profession at the state level. She is inspired by the medicine and loves sharing it with others.
