Dear Community,

After thoughtful reflection and careful planning, we have made the decision to close our training program and reduce our overall footprint so that we can focus and condense our clinical program. This next chapter allows us to direct our resources toward the heart of our mission: providing meaningful, high-quality clinical care in a more sustainable and focused way.

Our training program has been a valued and vibrant part of this community. We are deeply proud of the many students, practitioners, and leaders who have grown through it, and grateful to everyone who helped build and sustain it over the years. Its’ impact will continue to ripple outward through the people it shaped and the relationships it created.

In conjunction with closing the training program and classroom, we will take the opportunity to make additional renovations.

Important Dates & Transition Timeline

  • June 26–28: Crossings will be closed as we relocate upstairs to Suite 500.
  • June 29: Clinical care will reopen in Suite 500.
  • Estimated duration in Suite 500: Approximately 4 weeks while renovations are completed in Suite 300.

A Community Transition Project

Because spaces hold memory, meaning, and shared experience, we want to invite our community into this transition in a tangible way.

We will be creating a Community Transition Project: Blessing Stones in our waiting area. It begins in Suite 300, travels with us up to Suite 500, and returns home with us once renovations are complete. This shared offering will provide a place for reflections, hopes, memories, and blessings, thru artwork from community members during this season of change. We hope this project will help carry the spirit of our community through the move and into the renewed space ahead.

What Remains the Same

While our footprint is changing, our core commitments are not.

  • Our clinical services will continue uninterrupted aside from the brief transition window.
  • Our dedication to thoughtful, high-quality care remains central.
  • Our commitment to healing, connection, and community continues.

Transitions often hold many feelings at once—gratitude for what has been, sadness for what is ending, and hope for what is emerging. We feel that with you.

Thank you for being part of this community and for your trust through every season of growth and change. We look forward to welcoming you into this next chapter.

With appreciation,

Barbara & Gillian
